what it does
- writes the strategist-ms function that exits the strategies you tick
- paste it into scripts/main.py, open a PR and comment the robowoofy line
- one function per chain; robowoofy runs it as that chain's SMS

- shutdownStrategy(), then emergencyWithdraw(MAX_INT)
- a slippage (or an LST accumulator's report buffer) too low to unwind is raised to the lowest that passes
- cross-chain ones are only shut down
simulated first
- each exit as SMS on top of the latest block, then the chain's whole batch in one block
- one that still reverts is left out, with the reason
- freed funds stay idle in each strategy; moving them back to the vault is a separate step
